Admission
1. A prior interview will be conducted before admission for both the responsible person (parent/guardian) and the client.
2. Maximum treatment duration will be three months (90 days) to cover the phases of detoxification, de-addiction, and rehabilitation but it may extend to another phase of extended/aftercare and visiting clients.
3. An amount of Rs. 8,000/- (rupees eight thousand) only will be paid at the time of admission for the first month. The description of the monthly fee includes one monthly mess fee of Rs. 6,000 (rupees six thousand) only, Rs. 1,000/- (rupee one thousand) only for detoxification and medication, Rs. 1,000/- (rupee one thousand) only for toiletries and stationery items.
4. An amount of Rs. 7,000/- (rupee seven thousand) should be paid at the beginning time of the second month Rs. 6,000/- (rupee six thousand) only for mess fee and Rs. 1,000/- (rupee one thousand) only for general medication, toiletries, and stationery items. The amount for the third month will be the same as the second month’s fee too.
5. A sum of Rs. 500/- (rupee five hundred) only should be paid for the canteen fee or an excess amount can be deposited for the canteen fee.
6. A special category of the treatment facility is also available but the monthly fees are a little increased and it depends on mutual understanding between RRC authority and parent/client.
7. Family members are allowed to meet the client after 45 days from the date of admission but there will be relaxation to meet the client if any genuine case arises.
9. If a client breaks the rules and resolutions of the center (RRC) then he will be discharged or the authority will charge a dare penalty against him/offender.
10. In case a client had damaged the center’s properties, the same amount of the damaged items should be paid by the client or his responsible person (family/ guardian).
11. All the belongings should be produced just before discharge unless the client was discharged on moral grounds or absconded.
12. In case of absconding, the belongings will be handed over to the family within three days from the date of absconding. Loss of any belonging within the said period or any further complaint shall not be entertained or considered.
13. In case of a major illness and require referral to a hospital/clinic then the Doctor’s fee and medical/clinical investigation charges should be borne by the family/responsible person.
14. In case, a client suddenly demised during the process of treatment due to his major illness or accidentally happened suicide on the campus of the center or after referral to the hospital, let’s not encourage mob justice or destruction. However, let’s take the sole responsibility to get a settlement without creating any violence.
15. The family members or support persons should be available at the center’s premises when the RRC authority or counselors are on call to meet for the purpose of treatment. The family should feel free to share any information or any treatment-related queries.
